Stereotip Project was founded in 1996 by Vadim Igoshin, better known as DJ Globus. In 2005, DJ Key (Sergei Dudakov) and DJ Taratuhin (Yuri Taratuhin) joined Stereotip Project.

Prior to their release on HeadRush Music, they released the "To The Sun" EP on Snoochi Boochi Ltd, as well as tracks on Russian compilations. They have also performed on the Electrostancia, Dvizhenie, and Megapolis radio stations.
